Our directors have worked directly within healthcare and social care, from hospital wards to people's living rooms.
Between them, their experience includes Healthcare Assistant, Registered Nurse, Ward Sister, Clinical Educator and Live-in Carer roles.
They have worked night shifts, managed hospital wards, supported critically ill patients, trained healthcare staff, assisted people with personal care and medication, and listened to families who simply wanted the best possible care for someone they love.
We do not believe in simply sending a carer and walking away. We take time to understand the individual, assess their needs, develop an appropriate care plan, select suitable carers and remain involved in the delivery and quality of care.
